Kick Your Presentations Up a Notch!

Have you ever sent a customer or prospect several attachments in an email yet, you never hear back? Did they even get the email or did their spam filter block it due to all the foreign attachments?

That concern is a thing of the past with Microsoft O365’s new presentation tool. It goes by the name of Sway and is a game changer for presenting to your customers.

This tool allows you to present Powerpoints, PDFs, video, excel documents, audio, and more, all in one easy to navigate location. Sway allows you to upload and organize all of this content, and then send a link to a customer or prospect. This link can also require the recipient to sign in with a name and email so that you can capture their information for future follow ups.

Another benefit to Sway is that it is all online. You will never lose the presentation or accidentally save over it. You can continue to send it out over and over, or edit it for a specific customer. Sway also provides pre-built templates, which allows you to make streamlined and creative presentations, without needing to be a graphic designer. Sway follows a similar template and theme pattern to Powerpoint, so it is familiar and easy to use.

True to O365 fashion, Sway has built in collaboration. You and your team can create and edit a presentation together, and everything is saved in real time as well. With many employees working remotely, this is a game changer.  Sway is just another way Microsoft has reimagined productivity.
