As I reflect on my start at with KTL Solutions, it has been a remarkable experience, and I have had the privilege of gaining valuable insights into our dedication to customers and their digital transformation.
Understanding every facet of our customers’ businesses, discerning their priorities, and listening to their pain points have been my highlights of this past month. I am excited to learn and grow alongside our customers.
During my journey into the Aerospace and Defense sector, here is what that is top of mind:
1. CMMC Looms Large
As we approach 2025, the arrival of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is a topic that is both distant and imminent. The time is now to ensure that all cybersecurity controls are in place and that self-assessments are completed.
2. The Excitement of Cross-Tenant Teams Collaboration
One of the most eagerly awaited developments in the Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud High (M365 GCCH) environment has been the introduction of Cross-Tenant Teams collaboration. Over the past few years, this environment has seen many feature enhancements, but this one stands out. It enables seamless collaboration within Teams Channels, real-time document collaboration, and effortless file sharing, all of which have significantly boosted productivity.
3. The Rise of Power Automate
In the GCCH tenant, Power Automate has been gaining popularity. The ability to automate tasks and seamlessly integrate multiple tools into a workflow has freed up more time for client interactions and reduced the burden of repetitive tasks.
My time so far at KTL has been an incredible learning experience, particularly in understanding the Aerospace and Defense community’s dynamics. I am eager to continue my journey, gaining further insights into our customers’ priorities and providing support.
