KTL Solutions held its 10th Annual User Conference on Thursday, May 14th. This year we invited several more ISVS (Dynamics GP and CRM Companion Products) so that users could see more ways to enhance their systems outside of what GP or CRM has to offer. While KTL only asks the best of the best to attend and speak to our customers, one of my favorites that we had this year was PaperSave.
In this blog, I wanted to provide a little insight into what it is like to be a Consultant at KTL Solutions and shed a little light on what our user conference is all about from a consulting perspective. I have been working at KTL Solutions as a Senior Business Consultant for a little over three years. In this capacity I have been implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and PaperSave along with many third party add-ons. Prior to working at KTL Solutions, I was also implementing and supporting ERP systems for about 20 years.
Can you believe KTL has been throwing a successful and continuously growing User Conference for the past 10 years!? To be honest, neither could we. It’s amazing how our clientele are so loyal; how they and many others want to learn more about the dynamics world that Microsoft has offered. Yes, the beginning idea of this conference ten years ago, was something that KTL thought would grow and hopefully become an annual educational event that we could host for our clients. And it has become that….and much more!
