Once a verbal plan is put into place, our KTL Solutions team of consultants begins each project with a detailed review of the requirements. Depending on the size of the engagement, we plan and deliver various project roadmap documents that will allow you to track your project. These include:

  • Basic and broad project plan
  • Requirements document, new project checklist
  • Detailed project plan, technical design document

Our relationship with our clients is never done once the final bill is signed. We want to extend our commitment to our clients by offering support and keeping our clients notified on upgrades, enhancements, and educational webinars or conferences that may benefit their overall productivity.
