Frederick, MD, Monday, December 1, 2025 – C3 Innovations, Inc. has successfully achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2, demonstrating its commitment to protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and supporting Department of Defense (DoD) missions. Fewer than 400 contractors nationwide have earned this advanced certification, and C3 Innovations is proud to be among the organizations meeting these elevated cybersecurity standards

A key factor in achieving this milestone was C3 Innovations’ partnership with KTL Solutions, a CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO) and Microsoft Solutions Partner. KTL architected and deployed a fully compliant Microsoft 365 GCC-High tenant, ensuring that C3 Innovations met all CMMC Level 2 technical, procedural, and security requirements.

KTL Solutions offers two compliance-focused cloud architectures, secure enclaves and GCC-High tenants. For C3 Innovations, the GCC-High tenant model provided the ideal solution. The environment supports NIST SP 800-171 controls, protects CUI, and provides a scalable foundation for long-term compliance and operational growth.
