We’re also actively integrating AI into our marketing workflows and building out our SEO and GEO strategy, so this is a role where you’ll grow your skills alongside the business, not just execute the same playbook on repeat.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Management
- Own day-to-day management of LinkedIn and other key platformsÂ
- Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned to campaigns, events, and business prioritiesÂ
- Monitor engagement and optimize content to drive awareness and lead generationÂ
- Track performance and surface insights to continuously improve reach and conversionsÂ
SEO, GEO and AI-Driven Marketing
- Support and evolve our SEO and GEO strategy to improve website visibilityÂ
- Optimize content including blogs, landing pages, and web copy for search performanceÂ
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and campaign executionÂ
- Stay ahead of AI marketing trends and bring ideas that improve efficiency and resultsÂ
Campaign Support and Lead Generation
- Execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and web channelsÂ
- Assist with email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs that convert leadsÂ
- Track and analyze campaign performance to sharpen lead generation strategiesÂ
Partner and Co-Marketing
- Execute co-marketing campaigns with Microsoft and other partners to drive joint pipelineÂ
- Coordinate deliverables including emails, social posts, landing pages, and webinarsÂ
- Support partner initiatives that expand KTL’s reach and generate new opportunitiesÂ
Events and Webinars
- Own end-to-end execution of trade shows, industry events, and webinarsÂ
- Manage logistics including registration, materials, and post-event follow-upÂ
- Maximize event ROI through strong execution and lead nurturingÂ
Content and Collaboration
- Contribute to blogs, case studies, and marketing materials that fuel demand generationÂ
- Partner with internal consultants and subject matter experts to bring technical expertise to life in contentÂ
What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, B2B or technology preferredÂ
- Experience managing social media and supporting eventsÂ
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals with a drive to growÂ
- Comfort using AI tools in marketing workflowsÂ
- Strong organizational and project management skillsÂ
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platformsÂ
- Excellent written and communication skillsÂ
Bonus if you have:
- LinkedIn marketing and analytics experienceÂ
- Experience supporting or running webinars and live eventsÂ
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies or the Microsoft partner ecosystemÂ
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools or content optimization platformsÂ
- Interest in regulated industries, cybersecurity, or compliance (CMMC/NIST)Â
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 based on experienceÂ
