The new academic school year has kicked off in several parts of the country with the help of Microsoft Teams for Education. Schools are starting
Recently, two major airlines have experienced what every business thinks will never happen to them… a crippling, system crash. Southwest, and now Delta, have delayed
Training. It’s essential to any person who strives to be successful. Why? Because training allows you to expand your knowledge and skillset in one or multiple areas so that you can better excel at that particular subject. Many people have different views on training: negative and positive. Whichever they may be, there is always a reason for training. Here, I will list three of the most important reasons you should attend KTL’s User Conference Training on May 18th.
Can you believe KTL has been throwing a successful and continuously growing User Conference for the past 10 years!? To be honest, neither could we. It’s amazing how our clientele are so loyal; how they and many others want to learn more about the dynamics world that Microsoft has offered. Yes, the beginning idea of this conference ten years ago, was something that KTL thought would grow and hopefully become an annual educational event that we could host for our clients. And it has become that….and much more!
For the last few months we at KTL Solutions (me in particular) have been promoting our upcoming “Empower the User Conference” a free one-day educational event for Microsoft Dynamics GP, SL, and CRM users. And while it is a great educational event that you have learned about through a number of emails, landing pages, and tweets from KTL there are other benefits to attending this event:
What am I doing? The same thing I have always done? The same thing that hasn’t given me the results that I wanted, that hasn’t helped me hit my goals?
These are the questions businesses are asking themselves all the time. They know what they are doing, they know it’s not working, but they don’t know how to change it. And in the world with budgets, time restraints, managers and employees to answer to the idea of changing what you are doing to get better results can leave you stagnant while you figure out what exactly it is you need to change. And being stagnant means losing money. Who has time for that?
For those of you that know me on a personal level, you know that I own a Thoroughbred Rescue Farm and that I also compete in Eventing in my spare time. Being around and working with horses can teach you a lot about yourself. You have to learn how to communicate with a 1000lb+ animal. It first starts with building trust. And once gained, the horse will look to you to be their leader.
