Certificate Of Insurance Notification extension allows Business Central users keep track of vendor insurance expiration dates and send vendors reminder emails before and after their expiration.
Configuration of this feature is easy and is done in five simple steps:
  1. Choose the start time for sending emails
  2. List the types of insurance certificates being tracked
  3. Set the rules for vendor notification emails
  4. Optionally specify email addresses to receive logs of the vendor notifications
  5. Finally, optionally customize the email body
Once setup is complete, you can manage the vendor insurance types, expiration dates, and recipient email addresses directly from the vendor card. That’s it! The rest is automated!
