Upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on CD-ROM or Internet download versions of our software. KTL Solutions software products are available for set trial periods during which you are allowed to examine and evaluate our software products prior to purchase.
In the event that your software is delivered on damaged or defective media, KTL Solutions will send replacement media.
It is our policy not to provide refunds for software downloaded from our website. If you did not receive your product, did not attempt to download or if it does not work as indicated, please contact us immediately at sales@ktlsolutions.com. We will resolve the issue you are having.
