KTL Solutions' team of software developers have built custom applications that help Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Customers and Solution Developers across the country improve user productivity. Current solutions available for resale to the Dynamics GP community, include:

KTL FastAP

The KTL FastAP streamlines the Accounts Payable data entry process. The KTL FastAP cuts your data entry time by combining two tasks thereby, allowing the Great Plains User to enter and verify the Account Distributions on the main window. KTL PR Security

The KTL Payroll Security provides the same security functions for Payroll windows and reports as the Human Resource module. The KTL PR Security works with both the Business Essentials and Advanced Management products. This product is also available without owning Human Resources. KTL User Activity Tracking

The KTL User Activity Tracking product allows the user to define tables that they want to track changes (before & after) in values. KTL eBusiness Suite

KTL is very excited to announce that we are rewriting the eBusiness Suite. The new eBusiness suite will include a more flexible approach to updating inventory, sales and customer information in both the Storefront and backend ERP. Many home grown eCommerce solutions do not account for processing delays when dependent on backend applications. The new eBusiness suite address’ this using KTL Solutions’ exclusive queuing technology, which allows for a seamless user experience. The new eBusiness suite will continue to feature real-time Inventory Updates, Order Tracking, UPS and FedEx real-time Rates, Credit Card Validation/ Processing and more. KTL eCash Receipts

The KTL eCash Receipts product is a web-based application that allows your customers to view billing information and make payments via a secure internet. The eCash Receipt and the "apply to" information is automatically generated in Great Plains. The KTL eCash Receipts works with both the Business Essentials and Advanced Management products. KTL SOP/POP Advanced Distribution

The KTL SOP Advanced Distribution adds more flexibility to the account structure of the Great Plains sales order processing system. Currently, sales order processing allows you to default the posting account from the item card, customer card or default posting account. This modifcation expands on that and allows the user to default the segmant of the account from the item card, customer card, location, posting setup, or a static value. Just as with the SOP, POP allows you to default each segment of the account from the item card, vendor card, location, posting and static value. The KTL SOP/POP Advanced Distribution works with both the Business Essentials and Advanced Management products. Pay Stubs Online 1.0

The Pay Stubs Online product is a web based application that provides Dynamics GP employees online access to their pay stubs. As new checks are posted within Dynamics GP, the employees can be notified through email so they are immediately aware that their pay stub is available online. The included configuration tool allows administrators to control employees' access to the website, hide/show specific data elements in the pay stub, and enable employee supervisors to view and print their employees' pay stubs. The Pay Stubs Online product supports the Business Essentials and Advanced Management versions of Dynamics GP 10 and 2010.
