Tim Lally, CPA - President

Tim founded KTL in 1999. Prior to starting KTL Solutions, Tim was a Partner with another reseller based out of Rockville, MD. Tim graduated with a degree in Accounting from Maryland University in 1989. Tim started implementing Dynamics in 1987 in the early years of Great Plains on the Apple Macintosh. In the beginning Tim’s strengths was developing solutions around Great Plains by customizing and integrating solutions for Great Plains users. Tim provides high level guidance to our clients to help them better use technology within their organizations. Tim has an ability to understand what the issue is and provide a solution that best fits the client’s needs. When implementing solutions Tim’s focus is to utilize off the shelf solutions first and customizations second. Tim is married and has four children and lives in Frederick.

Gary Francart - Director of Sales

Gary joined KTL Solutions in May 2005. Gary has over 13 years of technology sales and leadership including 6 years of experience specializing in Dynamics GP, SL, CRM, and Business Intelligence applications. Gary is committed to ensuring a successful partnership and innovation of our customer’s business goals. Understanding of your organizational mission, vision and strategic plan is Gary’s priority.

As an experienced technology sales director Gary brings a wealth of knowledge to assist our customer in product selection and implementation. With the vast amounts of business needs, Gary is able to provide customers with guidance that will meet the overarching business needs. Individual and personalized attention to details is why Gary is the leader in our sales department. With a visionary approach, Gary is able to ensure that KTL meets the ever changing demands of the technology business applications for complete customer satisfaction.

Prior to KTL Gary worked for other Microsoft partners, Solutions Integrators, such as Computerware and Network Resources where he fine-tuned his abilities for crafting and delivering the right solutions for his customers.

Frank Reese - Director of Development

Frank joined KTL in early 2007 and has a long history of implementing complex business solutions across both private and public sectors with particular strengths in financial services, public services and telecom.

As an experienced manager of quality assurance and business process re-engineering, Frank is uniquely qualified to bridge the gap between business users and application developers, facilitating communications and ensuring that solutions will fulfill customer requirements. Frank is highly organized with 18 years of project management experience ensuring quality projects that are delivered on-time and within budget.

Frank has an expansive background in technologies having started his career maintaining legacy systems to his most recent engagement before joining KTL where he managed a 25 terabyte data warehouse implementation project.

Frank graduated from the University of Maryland Systems with a Bachelors degree in Information and Telecommunications Systems management. Frank is a member of Project Management Institute and is currently enrolled in Johns Hopkins Carey Business School’s MBA program.

Frank lives in Frederick MD with his wife and four children.
