Job Description
KTL Solutions, a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics Applications and .Net development services, is actively seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager. Due to recent growth, we have an immediate need for additional sales personnel to represent our organization in the mid-Atlantic region.
Our company provides a competitive base salary and aggressive commission structure that provides unlimited earnings potential including the ability to earn over $100K annually.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics:
- Proven track record selling software solutions, software development and consulting services
- Experience in solution sales
- Ability to work in a team selling environment
- Ability to network with other organizations and generate opportunities in conjunction with company marketing efforts.
- At least 2 years sales experience in selling technology services or similar services
- Understanding of enterprise business applications
- Experience selling directly to C-level executives (CIO, CEO, CFO)
- Experience creating and delivering presentations or solutions to an audience

ERP Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant:
KTL Solutions, a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics Applications and .Net development services, is actively seeking an experienced ERP Software Engineer to join our Washington DC/Baltimore office. In this role, the ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting our implementation team in providing our clients with leading financial and business applications based on current Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft Dynamics-GP. The ability to telecommute is an option for this position.
Job Description
- Developing ERP solutions using such tools as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SQL Reporting Services, BI/360, Dashboards, SQL Server technologies and Advanced Office development
- Performing ongoing support services to existing clients via email, phone or on location as needed
- Developing and continually refining ERP implementation standards, tools and documents
- Utilizing ERP implementation standards and tools/documents
- Participating in the quality assurance process as required by each project
Job Responsibilities
In this position, employees will interact with clients at a variety of levels offering solutions to business requirements using current technologies. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform on-site consulting services for implementation projects in the areas of requirements gathering, business process review, application and workflow design, project management, configuration and testing, end-user training and ongoing support services. In addition to having in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics technologies, candidates will also be encouraged to expand your knowledge to other ERP platforms.
Job responsibilities include:
- Working with clients to obtain information about their business strategies, processes, desired outcomes and critical success factors and evaluating appropriate ERP solutions
- Presenting tailored demonstrations of proposed solutions
- Developing statement-of-work and scope documents
- Performing mentoring and/or coaching to team members and sharing knowledge amongst them
- Communicating with our technical services team to ensure that each project’s technical requirements are met
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, be challenged and expand their existing skill set. This position requires strong project management and organizational skills as well as the ability to display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for the position:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance and/or computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting and/or working with ERP solutions
- Experience performing requirement interviews and analyzing current business procedures
- One year experience with Dynamics-GP considered a plus
- Certifications a plus
